We are offering an untouchable HOA program that no other garbage hauler offers. Our garbage company has 26 years experience and we also own a construction company called Casey's painting. The construction company has been in business 15 years and it has an A+ rating with the BBB!
If we are recommended by the HOA, the following is your generous list of benefits!
The immediate benefits are as follows:
- $39.00 to $45.00 per quarter for every Home Owner. The actual price is determined by which landfill or transfer station we must use. With this rate, we furnish each home owner with a 95 gallon, light weight, rolling cart with big wheels for easy rolling. Note: All brand new carts are provided at sign up! No more 10 different color carts that bring your neighborhood aesthetics down. We pick up 3 extra bags each week beside our cart. The bags can be garbage or yard waste.
- We will pick up your swim and tennis and any amenities garbage FREE OF CHARGE! We will provide as many garbage carts as needed.
- Recycling is offered free to every home owner. There is just a one time fee of $10.00 for the recycle bin which is yours to keep.
- Yard waste service is FREE with our company! Watch out, some other companies charge extra and their total price is higher than what they say!
